ForFarmers Completes Majority Joint Venture in Poland

ForFarmers has finalized its joint venture with KPS Food Group, creating ForFarmers Polska. ForFarmers will hold a 50.5% stake and will fully consolidate the JV, which combines the operations of Tasomix and KPS. A second JV concerning specific sales is anticipated in the upcoming months.
