Rakuten Mobile Unit May Face Subscriber Slowdown, Analyst Says

Rakuten Group's mobile unit is likely to face a temporary slowdown in subscriber additions and potential network quality disruptions in the near term after it revised a roaming agreement with KDDI, Jefferies's Hiroko Sato says in a note.
