OpenWorld Completes VerifyMe Merger, Will Trade as OPNW

OpenWorld has finalized its business combination with VerifyMe and is set to trade on NASDAQ under the ticker OPNW starting October 1, 2026. The company also intends to pursue a dual listing on Figure OPEN by November 2026.
