Brady Corporation Sells Securimed for €53 Million

Brady Corporation has sold its French first-aid unit, Securimed SAS, to Safe Life International for approximately €53 million (about $59 million). This divestiture allows Brady to refocus on its core identification and productivity solutions businesses.
