Gentherm Completes Modine Spin-Off Transactions

Gentherm has finalized the closing of transactions with Modine and SpinCo, alongside entering into several key agreements. These include tax, employee, intellectual property, transition services, and trademark agreements designed to manage the separation and integration processes and allocate risks and responsibilities.
