Gentherm Completes Reverse Morris Trust With Modine PT

Gentherm has completed a Reverse Morris Trust transaction combining with Modine's Performance Technologies. Modine shareholders now hold approximately 43.62% of the combined company, receiving 0.44619 Gentherm shares per Modine share. Additionally, Gentherm declared a special dividend of $2.07 per share.
