BlackRock Tender Offer for BMEZ at 98% NAV

BlackRock announced that its fund BMEZ will conduct a tender offer for up to 5% of its outstanding shares at 98% of Net Asset Value (NAV). This action follows BMEZ averaging a discount greater than 10% during the measurement period. Tender offers will not be conducted for other funds in the program.
