Enact Holdings Secures ~35% Quota Share Reinsurance for 2028

Enact has entered into a forward quota share reinsurance agreement to cede approximately 35% of a portion of its expected new insurance written from January 1, 2028, through December 31, 2028. The agreement is with a panel of reinsurers rated A-/A3 or better, subject to certain conditions.
