Searchlight Innovations to Acquire Trimin Ventures via Amalgamation

Searchlight Innovations has entered a binding agreement to acquire Trimin Ventures through a three-cornered amalgamation. The deal includes a 1:1 share exchange post-Trimin consolidation and a planned name change to Trimin Ventures Ltd., pending TSXV and other conditions.
