Horace Mann Educators Corp. completes Employee Services LLC acquisition

Horace Mann Educators Corporation has completed its acquisition of Employee Services, LLC from Medical Mutual of Ohio. A separate transaction involving Reserve National/MedMutual Life is still pending regulatory approval and is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2027.
