TransCode Therapeutics has entered into a waiver agreement with Yorkville concerning its convertible notes. The company prepaid $840,975, comprising $759,000 in principal, a $75,900 premium, and $6,075 in interest, on October 1, 2026. In exchange, Yorkville has waived any amortization event on the notes through October 31.
