WISeQey Corp. Completes Redomiciliation to British Virgin Islands

WISeQey Corp. has completed its redomiciliation from Switzerland to the British Virgin Islands via merger. Ordinary shares are expected to begin trading under the ticker WQEY on Nasdaq and SIX on October 5, 2026. WISeKey securities will trade through October 2.
