AcouSort Signs OEM, Marketing Deals, Plans SEK 15M Convertibles

AcouSort has entered into an OEM supply agreement with Calyrex and a marketing agreement with Intelmetis. Additionally, the company plans to issue SEK 15 million in 5% convertible notes to Calyrex, subject to approval from an Extraordinary General Meeting. The conversion price has a floor of SEK 3.04 and a cap of SEK 10.00, potentially leading to a maximum dilution of approximately 22.9%.
