Edible Garden Acquires Iowa RTD Facility for $6.325M

Edible Garden has entered into a Real Estate Purchase Contract to acquire a ready-to-drink manufacturing facility in Webster City, Iowa, for $6.325 million. The consideration includes preferred stock and an 8% note.
