NorthStar Earth & Space Inc. Completes De-SPAC Transaction

NorthStar Earth & Space Inc. has completed its business combination with Viking, and the combined company will trade on NYSE American under the ticker symbols NSTR and NSTR.WS starting October 2. The transaction values NorthStar at $300 million with a $30 million PIPE.
