Mangoceuticals sells 25% of MangoRx IP for up to $2.5 Million

Mangoceuticals entered into subscription agreements to sell a combined 25% membership interest in MangoRx IP to two accredited investors for an aggregate of up to $2.5 million. One investor agreed to pay $500,000 at signing and $750,000 within 60 days, while the other committed $1.25 million.
