Copart Tender Offer for ACV Auctions Extended to Oct. 7

Copart Inc. has extended its tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of ACV Auctions for $10.50 per share until Oct. 7, as U.S. antitrust regulators continue their review of the proposed deal.
