Regeneron Stock Falls on Expanded Sanofi Alliance

Regeneron (REGN) shares decreased 4% after announcing an expanded immunology alliance with Sanofi. The terms of the deal left the economics for their drug Dupixent unchanged. Sanofi will pay Regeneron $1 billion upfront.
