Alzinova AB Adds New Institutional Investor

Maida Vale Capital sold approximately SEK 6.5M in Alzinova shares to a new institutional investor. MVC will also subscribe its full pro rata in the ongoing rights issue, after which it expects to hold about 9% of shares and 13.1% of TO5/TO6 warrants.
