Ubamatamab Shows High Durable Response Rate in LGSOC Study

An initial study of Ubamatamab (MUC16xCD3) in patients with advanced Low-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer (LGSOC) demonstrated a 73% objective response rate and 11-month median progression-free survival. LGSOC is a distinct ovarian cancer variant with limited treatment options and generally lower responsiveness to conventional chemotherapy.
