Trustco secures High Court order to attach 200m shares
Trustco Group Holdings Limited says it has obtained an interim High Court order authorizing attachment of 200 million Trustco shares held by Riskowitz Value Fund LP, plus 1,135 unlisted Legal Shield Holdings shares.
Trustco Group Holdings Limited has obtained an interim High Court order allowing the attachment of 200 million Trustco shares and 1,135 unlisted Legal Shield Holdings Limited shares against US-based Riskowitz Value Fund LP (“RVF”). The order was granted in Windhoek, Namibia, on Oct. 01, 2026.
