Novocure Wins Japan Approval for Optune Pax in Pancreatic Cancer

Novocure's Optune Pax has received approval from Japan's MHLW for adult patients with unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer. The approval is for use in combination with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, following positive results from the Phase 3 PANOVA-3 trial which demonstrated improved median overall survival.
