Bulten AB Completes European Divestment

Bulten AB completed the sale of its European automotive contract manufacturing business to Maelir AB on Oct. 1, 2026, and anticipates the Tianjin divestment to conclude by mid-October. The divested businesses generated approximately SEK 1,900 million and SEK 125 million in net sales for 2025, respectively.
