VanEck has launched the VanEck U.S. Equity Buffer ETF — October (OCT), its second defined outcome ETF. The fund aims to provide investors with exposure to U.S. equity market upside, capped at a predetermined level, while offering a buffer against initial losses over a one-year outcome period.
