BNB Plus Amends Registration Rights Agreement to Demand-Based Trigger

BNB Plus has amended its Registration Rights Agreement, shifting the registration obligation from a fixed deadline to a demand-based trigger. Holders of at least 51% of registrable securities can now demand a resale registration, which the company must file within 45 days.
