Candel Therapeutics Reports 24.5-Month Median Overall Survival in Phase 2a NSCLC Trial

Candel Therapeutics announced final Phase 2a results for aglatimagene plus valacyclovir in unresectable stage III/IV NSCLC patients with inadequate ICI response. The treatment showed a median overall survival (mOS) of 24.5 months, compared to 9.8-11.8 months reported for docetaxel benchmarks.
