Vishakha Renewables files DRHP for IPO with ₹1,250 cr fresh issue

Adani Group-backed Vishakha Renewables Ltd, a manufacturer of solar module components, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an initial public offering (IPO) comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹1,250 crore.
