Inchcape to Buy Volvo, JLR Businesses in Peru, Costa Rica

Inchcape plc has agreed to acquire a Volvo business in Peru and Costa Rica and a Jaguar Land Rover business in Peru from Automotores Gildemeister. The acquisitions are part of Inchcape's strategy to expand its automotive distribution.
