LNG Energy Group Corp. announced that the TSXV has extended its price reservation for the non-brokered private placement of units at C$0.05 each to November 4, 2026. A portion of this placement closed on August 17, 2026, raising approximately C$471,900, with further tranches pending TSXV acceptance.
