HEXPOL completes €143.5M acquisition of Vipa Group

HEXPOL has completed its acquisition of 100% of Italy-based Vipa Group for €143.5M. The acquisition was funded through bank facilities and cash. Vipa Group reported €76.4M in turnover in 2025 and is expected to strengthen HEXPOL's exposure in the Wire & Cable sector.
