Origin Agritech Sells 70.5% Stake in Xinjiang Unit for RMB108M, Leases Back

Origin Agritech has sold its 70.5184% stake in Xinjiang Originbo for RMB108 million, with payments extending until June 30, 2027. The company has also leased back the production base for five years at an annual cost of RMB4.0 million to ensure continued operations.
