Calian Group Sells U.S. IT Unit for ~$43M Cash

Calian Group has completed the sale of its U.S. commercial IT business to Trace3 for approximately CAD $43 million in cash. The buyer will assume about CAD $17 million of net liabilities. The terms align with those announced on August 25, 2026.
