Innovative Industrial Properties Increases Alewife Mezzanine Loan to $400 Million

Innovative Industrial Properties has increased its mezzanine financing facility for the Alewife Park life science campus to a maximum of $400 million and extended its maturity date to February 9, 2028. The company funded an initial $111 million under a new Note B.
