National Fuel Gas Secures $1.20 Billion Loan for CenterPoint Ohio Buy

National Fuel Gas has entered into a $1.20 billion unsecured term loan agreement at a 6.5% annual interest rate to fund its acquisition of CenterPoint Ohio. The loan matures on September 30, 2027.
