ParkerVision Inc. Appeal Dismissed in Qualcomm Patent Case

ParkerVision Inc. had its appeal dismissed by the Federal Circuit for lack of jurisdiction. The case has been remanded to the Florida district court, allowing a jury trial on transmitter claims against Qualcomm to proceed. ParkerVision is seeking approximately $440 million in damages for these claims.
