Alaska Silver Corp. Appoints Aaron Schutt CEO

Alaska Silver Corp. announced the appointment of Aaron Schutt as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Kit Marrs will continue to serve as Executive Chairman. The company also granted 525,000 options at $0.68 and issued 1,509,710 shares at $0.82 to settle management fee debt.
