Nouveau Monde Graphite to Pay Q3 Interest With Shares

Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. will settle Q3 2026 accrued interest on a convertible note by issuing 283,265 common shares at $1.21, subject to TSX and NYSE approvals. Shares will be delivered at the Note’s maturity, conversion, or redemption and be subject to a hold period.
