American Vanguard Appoints Matt Horwath as Chief Financial Officer

American Vanguard has appointed Matt Horwath as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. He will succeed David Johnson, who is transitioning to the role of Chief Accounting Officer until March 2027.
