Novo Nordisk Wegovy analysis shows liver fat reduction in obesity study

Novo Nordisk presented post hoc analysis from the STEP UP trial sub-population, indicating that Wegovy (semaglutide) helped 9 out of 10 adults with obesity and excess liver fat achieve normal liver fat levels after 72 weeks of treatment.
