IIPR Commits $245M Mezzanine Loan for Alewife Park

Innovative Industrial Properties committed $245M in mezzanine financing to IQHQ affiliates for Alewife Park Phase I, funding ~$111M at close with the balance through Q4 2027. The loan is expected to yield ~15.8% with a 14% floor and matures in Feb 2028.
