Innovative Industrial Properties Announces $245 Million Mezzanine Loan Commitment

Innovative Industrial Properties (IIP) has entered into agreements to provide $245 million under a new mezzanine loan commitment to affiliates of IQHQ in connection with the completion, lease-up, and tenant improvements of Alewife Park.
