VisionWave Holdings Forms 50/50 CMJV With Sadot Group

VisionWave Holdings and Sadot Group have formed a 50/50 joint venture, CMJV, to hold VisionWave's rights in C.M. Composite Materials. The JV will also act as a lender and potentially acquire 51% of CM.
