Sadot Group, VisionWave Form 50/50 JV for Composite Materials Acquisition

Sadot Group and VisionWave have formed a 50/50 joint venture named CMJV to acquire and finance the operations of C.M. Composite Materials. VisionWave contributed its acquisition rights and approximately $7.81 million in prior advances, while Sadot committed to fund an equal amount over 12 months.
