Agomab posts positive 48-week OLE data; plans Phase 2b

Agomab Therapeutics reported positive 48-week open-label extension data for ontunisertib in fibrostenosing Crohn’s disease and said a global NOV-ERA Phase 2b study in about 320 patients is planned to start in the coming months.
