Anaergia Sells CBF, Deconsolidates RIBF, Removes ~C$20M Debt

Anaergia has sold the Charlotte Bioenergy Facility and deconsolidated its Rhode Island Bioenergy interests. The transaction removes approximately C$20 million of project-level debt and results in Anaergia receiving C$9 million in equity from the buyer. A non-cash gain on sale is anticipated.
