GENK filed a Form S-1 for up to 15 million Class A shares. IMMX closed a $125 million underwritten common stock offering, KLXE completed a subscription rights offering, NCLH upsized and priced $950 million of senior notes, and TRIN priced $350 million of 7.50% notes due 2032.
