Asian markets close mixed: Nikkei 225 +3.3%, KOSPI +1.95%, ASX 200 -1.09%

Asian cash markets finished mixed: the Nikkei 225 closed up 3.3 percent, the KOSPI closed up 1.95 percent and the ASX 200 closed down 1.09 percent. Asian volume leaders were Xiaomi up 0.16 percent, SoftBank Group up 4.21 percent, Alibaba up 0.38 percent, Mitsubishi UFJ down 3.08 percent and AIA Group down 0.41 percent.
