HDFC Bank Appoints V N Srivatsan as Chief Compliance Officer

HDFC Bank's board has approved the appointment of V N Srivatsan, currently Head — Compliance at ICICI Bank, as its Chief Compliance Officer for a three-year term. Srivatsan is expected to join HDFC Bank on January 4, 2027.
