Magnolia Bostad Sells 197 Units to Hines

Magnolia Bostad has sold a 197-unit, approximately 9,200 sqm rental project in Veddesta, Järfälla, to Hines through a forward funding agreement. Legal title transferred on September 30, with completion expected in Q1 2029.
