Inchcape buys Volvo, JLR units in Latin America
Inchcape has agreed to acquire a Volvo business in Peru and Costa Rica, and a Jaguar Land Rover business in Peru from Automotores Gildemeister for an undisclosed sum. The acquired businesses generated revenues of £48.7m in FY25.
